Synergy World, Inc. recognizes the importance of respecting the privacy of our clients and consumers, and we assure you that any personal information gathered will be used for its own business needs. At Synergy World, Inc. we do not sell or share any information with third parties. Personal information can be released if that release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.
 

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information. Our server is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not email addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by Synergy World, Inc. IT staff.

In addition, our Web sites track information about the visits to our web sites. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites, as well as the daily requests we receive for particular pages on our Web sites. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to the public, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Web site. In this way, our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
